• Designed and maintained the content and creative design of internal and external homepages.
• Created new websites to accompany and enhance new product launches.
• Created design concepts and authored advertisements for use in magazines, flyers, Google ads, and tradeshow supplements, resulting in increased awareness of new products and initiating customer interaction.
• Designed, created and maintained internal SharePoint sites for increased interdepartmental tracking and collaboration on projects. This resulted in fewer status meetings and clearly defined current progress and improved project outcomes.
• Collaborated with product line presidents, engineers and line managers to gain product insight to write articles used for internal websites and publications.
• Designed and populated a SharePoint-based product part database to replace an inefficient Word document tracking system, which resulted in increase efficiency and metrics reporting for sales personnel.
• Populated and redesigned the internal web page to keep it dynamic and informative for all employees, resulting in the replacement of emails to alert employees of the most current HR policies and company news.
