• Responsible for managing and delivering projects to design and improve intranet portals functionality, pages, and web parts for the next generation global HR corporate intranet at BP on SharePoint 2013.
• Functioned as the lead designer, managed the overall “look and feel” of HR websites on the BP intranet, ensuring a consistently high quality visual experience for users.
• Partnered with HR functional customers, HR Operations, HRIS, and IT&S resources to ensure the highest quality blend of visual and functional requirements for BP HR websites and portals.
• Used Adobe Photoshop to create wireframes and mock-ups that were submitted for diverse internal and external stakeholders, such as various management and HR functional customers.
• Tested intranet and creative designs for usability in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online.
