- Managed the 2002 Winter Olympic Yahoo-Compaq promotional event, which launched a new line of laptops with the innovative internal wireless cards resulting in mainstream exposure through media such as “Good Morning America” and through computer publications.
- Designed and managed a Yahoo-Amtrak-Compaq promotion to establish the Compaq wireless devices in Amtrak trains. The promotion also showcased Yahoo sites formatted for handheld PDA devices, resulting in increased consumer sales.
- Created a Customer Reference Program website and database which became the single source for customer wins and references information for the company, resulting in the database emerging as an authoritative source to show testimonials in sales presentations and calls.
- Inspected and managed the Intel Inside program, ensuring all advertisements were presented within established guidelines and generating over $100,000 in rebates of advertising dollars.
- Increased the monthly hit rate of the web site from 4,600 hits to over 15,000 after 4 months of effort, using internal and external promotion methods.
- Created and managed an ad campaign with Electronic Arts and Formula One which created success that resulted in a special edition line of home computers. The computers were bundled and branded with Electronic Arts games and logos.
